In July 2015, the Kendra conducted the ‘Sri Sri Paramahansa Yogananda Scholarship’ examination for the students of various engineering and management colleges. The questions were based on Paramahansaji’s spiritual classic Autobiography of a Yogi. It was intended to foster spiritual interest in the youth. The exam was conducted at the Commerce Department of Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. 83 students from 14 colleges participated in the competition.   The winners were awarded a prize by Swami Pavitranandaji, a YSS sannyasi, on behalf of the Kendra.

As a part of educational outreach activities, our Kendra also conducted quizzes on Guruji’s book Law of Success for the school students during January, 2018. The winners were selected separately for the senior and junior students categories. The prizes were distributed during the Republic Day celebrations, i.e., 26^th January, 2018, in their respective schools.
